The invention provides an intelligent driving mode switching control system and a vehicle. The intelligent driving mode switching control system comprises an initial mode module, a driving working condition recognition module, a driving working condition correction module, a intense degree module, a driving mode selection module and a mode maintaining module, wherein the initial mode module is used for checking the operation state of the vehicle and setting an initial driving mode in an intelligent mode; the driving working condition recognition module is used for calculating the road slope according to the acceleration and the vehicle speed change rate so as to recognize the vehicle driving working condition; the driving working condition correction module is used for correcting an accelerator opening degree signal according to the vehicle driving working condition; the intense degree module is used for judging the driving intense degree of the vehicle according to the accelerator opening degree and the acceleration; the driving mode selection module is used for selecting a proper driving mode to execute according to the accelerator opening degree, the driving intense degree, thegear, the acceleration, the vehicle speed and the brake; and the mode maintaining module is used for maintaining the executed driving mode, so that frequent switching of the driving mode is avoided. The technical problem that a driving mode needs to be frequently and manually selected for complex road conditions is solved, so that a driver focuses on driving, and the driving safety of a vehicle isimproved.

    本发明提供了一种智能切换驾驶模式的控制系统及车辆,包括初始模式模块,用于检查车辆运行状态,以及设定智能模式下的初始驾驶模式;驾驶工况识别模块,根据加速度与车速变化率计算出路面坡度,进而识别车辆行驶工况;驾驶工况修正模块,根据所述车辆行驶工况对油门开度信号进行修正;激烈程度模块,根据油门开度与加速度以判断车辆的驾驶激烈程度;驾驶模式选择模块,根据油门开度、驾驶激烈程度、档位、加速度、车速以及刹车选择合适的驾驶模式进行执行;模式保持模块,用于对执行后的驾驶模式进行保持,避免频繁地切换驾驶模式。解决了面对复杂路况需要频繁手动选择驾驶模式的技术问题,以使驾驶员更加专注驾驶,提升了车辆行驶的安全性。
