The invention discloses a control method of an automatic charging station control system. The control method comprises a teaching control method, a gun taking and charging process control method and acharging and gun collecting process control method. According to the control method of the automatic charging station control system, a laser displacement sensor and a visual positioning unit are combined to determine the position of a charging socket of a to-be-charged electric bus, a six-axis mechanical arm is applied to drive a charging gun manipulator, a charging gun is automatically grabbedfrom a charging pile and inserted into the charging socket of the to-be-charged electric bus, then the charging pile is controlled to start charging, after charging is completed, charging can be automatically stopped, the charging gun is grabbed from the charging socket of the to-be-charged electric bus, pulled out and sent back to the socket of the charging pile, finally, the charging gun entersthe standby position, and automatic charging operation of the electric bus can be achieved. Compared with the traditional manual operation, the labor intensity is reduced, and the human resource costis saved.

    本发明公开了一种自动充电站控制系统的控制方法,其包括示教控制方法、取枪充电过程控制方法和充完收枪过程控制方法;本发明采用激光位移传感器和视觉定位单元组合确定待充电电动公交车充电插座的位置,应用六轴机械臂带动充电枪机械手,具备自动从充电桩抓取充电枪,并插入待充电电动公交车的充电插座,再控制充电桩启动充电,充电完成后,能自动停止充电,并从待充电电动公交车的充电插座抓取充电枪、拔出充电枪,再送回充电桩的插座,最后进入待机位置,可实现电动公交车充电自动化作业。本发明与传统的人工作业相比,降低了劳动强度,节省了人力资源成本。
