The invention relates to the field of railway vehicles, and provides a railway vehicle bogie and a railway vehicle. The bogie comprises a framework and a central traction device mounted on the framework, and two pairs of traction rubber-metal pad mounting seats and a pair of longitudinal auxiliary beams are mounted on the framework; wherein each pair of traction rubber-metal pad mounting seats isarranged on a pair of cross beams in a one-to-one correspondence manner, a pair of longitudinal auxiliary beams is arranged between the pair of cross beams and fixedly connected with the inner sides of the side beams on the corresponding sides, the two longitudinal ends of each longitudinal auxiliary beam are communicated with the connected cross beams, and the opposite sides of the pair of longitudinal auxiliary beams are fixedly connected with transverse stop seats respectively. Traction rubber-metal pads are mounted on the two opposite sides of each traction rubber-metal pad mounting seat,and the ends, facing the cross beam, of the traction rubber-metal pads are connected with the traction rubber-metal pad mounting seats; a central pin bush is pressed in a central hole of the tractionbeam; and a central pin is pressed in the central hole of a central pin seat to extend into the central pin sleeve. The bogie can adapt to the special operation environment requirement that the line is a narrow gauge line and has no power operation condition.
本发明涉及轨道车辆领域，提供轨道车辆转向架及轨道车辆。转向架包括构架和安装在构架上的中央牵引装置，构架上安装两对牵引橡胶堆安装座以及一对纵向辅助梁；每对牵引橡胶堆安装座一一对应设于一对横梁上，一对纵向辅助梁设于一对横梁之间且与相应侧的侧梁内侧均固定连接，每个纵向辅助梁的纵向两端均与相连的横梁连通，一对纵向辅助梁的相对侧分别固接有横向止挡座，每个牵引橡胶堆安装部的相对两侧均安装有牵引橡胶堆，牵引橡胶堆朝向横梁的一端与牵引橡胶堆安装座连接；牵引梁的中心孔压装有中心销套；中心销压装在中心销座的中心孔并延伸进中心销套中。本发明能够适应线路为窄轨线路且无电力运营条件的特殊运营环境要求。
