The invention discloses an engineering ship full-rotation telescopic pusher installation process. According to the process, an existing construction site and tool equipment are fully utilized to realize autonomous installation of a large full-rotation telescopic pusher, and the installation and debugging process is advanced to the total section stage, so that the building period of a slipway is greatly shortened, and the cost is saved.
