Abstract

The invention provides a transfer trolley for a 10 kV switch of a transformer substation. The transfer trolley comprises a hollow metal armored cabinet and a lifting platform arranged above the hollowmetal armored cabinet, rollers are correspondingly arranged at four corners of the lower end of the hollow metal armored cabinet, and rotating studs are arranged at the four corners of the upper endof the hollow metal armored cabinet; the upper ends of the rotating studs are connected with the lifting platform to drive the lifting platform to ascend and descend, and two groove-shaped iron sheetsare arranged on the two sides of the front end of the lifting platform separately and provided with alignment mechanisms aligned with alignment holes in a switch cabinet correspondingly; the liftingplatform is provided with a periscope, the periscope comprises an eyepiece and an objective lens, and the end of the objective lens is fixed to the groove-shaped iron sheets; and the lifting platformis provided with an eyepiece observation window, and the eyepiece penetrates through the lifting platform to be fixed to the eyepiece observation window. An operator checks the alignment condition ofan alignment cylinder at the front end of the transfer trolley through the eyepiece observation window of the periscope, the view blind area in the alignment process of the transfer trolley is completely eliminated, and the view blocking problem is well solved so as to facilitate the operation of the operator.

本发明提供一种变电站10kV开关用转运小车，包括中空金属铠装柜和设于中空金属铠装柜上方的升降平台，中空金属铠装柜的下端四角分别设有滚轮，中空金属铠装柜的上端四角设有旋转螺柱，旋转螺柱的上端与升降平台连接以带动升降平台升降，升降平台的前端两侧分别设有两个槽型铁片，两个槽型铁片分别设有与开关柜上的对位孔对准的对位机构，升降平台上设有潜望镜，潜望镜包括目镜和物镜，物镜端固定于槽型铁片上，升降平台上设有目镜观察窗，目镜穿过升降平台以固定在目镜观察窗处，操作人员通过潜望镜的目镜观察窗来查看转运小车前端对位圆柱的对位情况，完全消除了转运小车对位过程中的视野盲区，很好的解决了视野阻挡问题，以方便操作人员操作。
