The invention discloses a surfboard waterproof treatment process which comprises the following steps: (1) cutting a foaming material into a basic shape of a surfboard according to specifications to serve as an inner core; (2) respectively laying glass fiber cloth on two sides of the inner core, permeating by using epoxy resin, and sending into a drying oven after completion of permeation, and drying; (3) spraying the whole board body of the board body obtained in the step (2) with a waterproof coating solution through a spray gun, after completion of spraying, standing the board body until theboard body is dried, soaking the board body in a surface treating agent for treatment, cleaning the board body with ethyl alcohol after the board body is treated, and drying the board body; and (4) according to design requirements, sequentially spraying the surface of the dried board body with a primer and a colored paint, and finally polishing and grinding till the board body is smooth. Multi-aspect waterproof process improvement is carried out on a surfboard, the obtained surfboard has excellent water resistance and waterproofness, meanwhile, the ideal mechanical property can be kept, and technical support is provided for the surfboard serving as equipment for water sports.
本发明公开了一种冲浪板防水处理工艺，包括以下步骤：(1)将发泡材料按规格切割为冲浪板的基本形状，作为内芯；(2)在内芯两面分别铺设玻纤布，并用环氧树脂渗透，完成后送入烘箱中烘干；(3)通过喷枪将防水涂层溶液对步骤2所得板体整个板身进行喷涂，完成后静置板体至干燥，再将板体浸没在表面处理剂中处理，完成后用乙醇洗净板体并干燥；(4)根据设计需求，在干燥板体表面依次喷上底漆和色漆，最后抛光打磨至光滑平整即可。本发明对冲浪板进行了多方面的防水工艺改进，得到的冲浪板具有优异的耐水、防水性能，同时能够保持理想的力学性能，为其作为水上运动的器材提供了技术支持。
