Abstract

The invention discloses a bogie overhauling process based on a part cleaning center. The bogie overhauling process comprises the following steps: disassembling a bogie to be overhauled into a framework, a wheel set, a traction motor and small parts; transferring the parts to a centralized cleaning center from respective maintenance lines for centralized cleaning; transferring the framework, the traction motor and the wheel set back to respective maintenance lines; sequentially carrying out the flaw detection, shot blasting, measurement, paint spraying and drying maintenance on the framework, the traction motor and the wheel set on the corresponding maintenance lines respectively; assembling the disassembled and overhauled framework, the traction motor, the wheel set part and the overhauledand replaced small part, and completing overhauling of the bogie. The invention further discloses a bogie overhauling system based on the part cleaning center, wheel set cleaning and traction motor cleaning are both moved into the centralized cleaning center for centralized cleaning, cleaning resources and transfer tools can be shared, and the negative influence of traditional cleaning operationon the environment in an overhauling workshop is avoided.

本发明公开了一种基于部件清洗中心的转向架检修工艺，包括如下步骤：将待检修转向架拆解分为构架、轮对、牵引电机以及小部件；并从各自的检修线转运至集中清洗中心进行集中清洗；将所述构架、牵引电机以及轮对转运回各自的检修线；分别在对应的检修线上对所述构架、牵引电机以及轮对分别依次进行探伤、抛丸、测量、喷漆和烘干检修；将拆卸检修后的构架、牵引电机、轮对部件以及经过检修更换后的小部件进行组装，完成转向架的检修。本发明还公开了一种基于部件清洗中心的转向架检修系统，轮对清洗和牵引电机清洗均移至集中清洗中心内集中清洗，能够共用清洗资源和转运工具，避免传统清洗作业对检修车间内环境造成的负面影响。
