The ship lock chamber no-parking area safety monitoring system comprises a central control unit, and a radar detection unit, an image acquisition unit and an anti-collision unit which are respectively connected with the central control unit, wherein the image acquisition unit comprises a front-end camera, a middle-end transmission module and a terminal image processing module which are connected in sequence; the radar detection unit is used for monitoring the position and speed ofa ship entering a lock chamber no-parking area; the image acquisition unit is used for acquiring an image of the ship entering the lock chamber no-parking area; the anti-collision unit is used for preventing the ship in the lock chamber from colliding with a gate of the no-parking area; the early warning unit is used for giving an alarm to the no-parking area and a ship lock dispatching center when the ship crosses the no-parking line. According to the invention, the ship entering the lock chamber is automatically monitored, the ship in the lock chamber is prevented from colliding with the gate, whether the ship is retained in the no-parking area or not is automatically judged, the position and high-definition image data of the ship entering the no-parking area are acquired, the reliability is high, time and labor are saved, and the operation efficiency of the ship lock is improved.

    本发明公开了船闸闸室禁停区安全监控系统及防撞方法,包括中央控制单元以及分别与中央控制单元连接的雷达探测单元、图像采集单元、防撞单元,图像采集单元包括依次连接的前端摄像机、中端传输模块、终端图像处理模块;雷达探测单元用于监测进入闸室禁停区的船舶的位置、速度;图像采集单元用于采集进入闸室禁停区的船舶的图像;防撞单元用于防止闸室里的船舶撞向禁停区的闸门;预警单元用于船舶越过禁停线时向禁停区和船闸调度中心发出警报。本发明实现了对进入闸室的船舶的自动监测并防止闸室的船舶与闸门相撞,自动判断是否有船舶滞留禁停区的现象,采集进入禁停区的船舶的位置以及高清图像数据,可靠性高,省时省力,提高船闸运行效率。
