The invention discloses a rigid-flexible coupling airborne cargo combined buffering device. The device is arranged in the mode that airborne materials are wrapped layer by layer from inside to outsidethrough an airborne cargo storage box, an inner buffering air bag, an inner spherical shell, an outer buffering air bag and an outer spherical shell. The storage box is connected with the inner spherical shell by hooking each pair of corresponding connecting rings through a plurality of buffer springs; the inner buffer air bag is arranged in a gap between the material storage box and the inner spherical shell; the outer buffer air bag is arranged in a gap between the inner spherical shell and the outer spherical shell; the inner spherical shell and the outer spherical shell are each composedof two semispherical half shells and are assembled through a clamping structure composed of clamping grooves in the two semispherical shells and clamping keys. By means of the layer-by-layer wrappingmode, multi-stage buffering of the airborne materials can be achieved, the all-around buffering protection of the materials can be achieved through the spherical design, and therefore, the attitude requirement of the airborne device for landing is lowered, and the capacity of adapting to severe weather and complex landing terrain airborne landing is enhanced.

    本发明公开了一种刚柔耦合的空降载物联合缓冲装置,该装置由空降物资储存箱、内缓冲气囊、内球壳、外缓冲气囊和外球壳采用由内而外逐层包裹空降物资的方式进行布置;通过若干个缓冲弹簧钩连各对互相对应的连接环实现储存箱与内球壳的连接;内缓冲气囊布置在物资储存箱与内球壳之间的空隙中;外缓冲气囊布置在内球壳与外球壳之间的空隙中;内、外球壳均由两个半球状的半壳组成,并通过两个半球壳上的卡槽与卡键组成卡合结构进行装配;本发明通过这种逐层包裹的方式,能实现对空降物资的多级缓冲,而且球形的设计还能实现对物资全方位的缓冲保护,从而降低了空降装置对着陆落时的姿态要求,增强了适应恶劣天气和复杂着陆地形空降的能力。
