The invention belongs to the technical field of lithium ion battery packs, and particularly relates to a battery pack fixing and heat conducting integrated framework structure for an electric motorcycle. The framework structure comprises an outer shell, three bracket groups for fixing batteries, two I-shaped profiles and a plurality of long screw rods, wherein the two I-shaped profiles are respectively positioned among the three bracket groups; through holes corresponding to the long screw rods are formed in the bracket groups and the I-shaped profiles, the long screw rods penetrate through the through holes and are interlocked with bolts, the support groups and the I-shaped profiles are fixedly combined into a whole, and the whole can be contained in the outer shell with openings in the two ends. According to the invention, the battery module is fixed more stably, the influence of temperature on different areas in the battery module is reduced, the problem of pressure difference caused by temperature difference among batteries is effectively controlled, and the service life of the batteries is prolonged.
