The invention provides a blade protection device of a multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof. The protection device comprises an arc-shaped top frame, a fan-shaped bottom frame, and a plurality of connecting columns, wherein the arc-shaped top frame includes a plurality of first bonding holes; the fan-shaped bottom frame includes a first arc-shaped part, a second arc-shaped part and a plurality of supporting rods, each supporting rod is connected with a circle center part, the first arc-shaped part and the second arc-shaped part in a radial direction, the shapeof the first arc-shaped part is completely the same as that of an arc-shaped top frame, and the first arc-shaped part includes a plurality of second bonding holes; and each connecting column is used for being bonded to the arc-shaped top frame through the first bonding holes and bonded to the fan-shaped bottom frame through the second bonding holes. Compared with the prior art, by using the deviceand the method of the invention, the fan-shaped bottom frame, the arc-shaped top frame and the supporting connecting column are bonded, the connecting column is inserted into the top frame and the bottom frame through protrusions at the two ends, installation and positioning are convenient, and meanwhile a bonding area and a bonding effect can be guaranteed.
本发明提供多旋翼无人机的桨叶防护装置及其制造方法。该防护装置包括:弧形顶架,包括多个第一粘接孔;扇形底架,包括第一弧形部、第二弧形部以及多个支撑杆,每个支撑杆沿径向连接圆心部、第一弧形部与第二弧形部,其中第一弧形部的形状与弧形顶架的形状完全相同,第一弧形部包括多个第二粘接孔;多个连接柱,每个连接柱用于透过第一粘接孔粘合至弧形顶架以及透过第二粘接孔粘合至扇形底架。相比于现有技术,本发明由扇形底架、弧形顶架以及支撑连接柱粘接而成,且连接柱通过两端的凸起插入顶架和底架,不仅方便安装定位,同时还可保证粘接面积和粘合效果。
