The invention discloses a BSG motor and double-generator energy supply system for a commercial vehicle. The system comprises a 48V energy supply system, a 24V energy supply system and a whole vehicleenergy controller. The 48V energy supply system comprises a BSG motor, a motor controller and a 48V battery which are connected in sequence, and the driving end of the BSG motor is connected to a crankshaft small wheel through a belt; the 24V energy supply system comprises two generators and a 24V battery, the driving ends of the two generators are connected to the crankshaft small wheel through belts, and the output terminals of the two generators are connected with the 24V battery; and the whole vehicle energy controller controls the working states of the BSG motor and the two generators according to different working conditions of the whole vehicle and the residual electric quantity condition of the 48V battery. According to the invention, the two energy supply power supplies are switched according to the working condition of the engine, so that the optimal energy consumption and economic benefit can be realized while the electrokinetic property of accessories is realized.
本发明公开了一种商用车用BSG电机与双发电机供能系统。它包括48V供能系统、24V供能系统和整车能源控制器，所述48V供能系统包括依次连接的BSG电机、电机控制器和48V电池，所述BSG电机的驱动端通过皮带连接在曲轴小轮上；所述24V供能系统包括两个发电机和24V电池，所述两个发电机的驱动端均通过皮带连接在曲轴小轮上，两个发电机的输出端连接24V电池；所述整车能源控制器根据整车所处的不同工况及48V电池的剩余电量情况分别控制BSG电机、两个发电机的工作状态。本发明在两种供能电源之间根据发动机工况进行切换，实现附件电动化的同时，能实现最优的能耗和经济效益。
