According to the invention, the anti-running state of an anti-running device can be automatically relieved, the mechanism can be installed at a proper position of a vehicle in a matched mode, an operator can conveniently operate the anti-running device through the manual pull ring on the side surface of the vehicle, the anti-running state of the anti-running device can be manually relieved without getting into the vehicle bottom, and operation risks and hidden dangers are reduced; and the anti-running device does not need to be manually operated to recover to an automatic anti-running state, so that the personal safety and the driving safety are further improved.
