本发明涉及一种适合低温使用的聚氨酯泡沫及其组合料和聚氨酯座椅,该聚氨酯泡沫用组合料由A组分和B组分组成,其中,A组分至少包含聚醚多元醇A和泡沫稳定剂,B组分至少包含纯MDI、TDI、MDI‑50、粗MDI、聚醚多元醇C和聚醚多元醇D,其中,所述聚醚多元醇A、聚醚多元醇C分别是以甘油为起始剂、用氧化乙烯封端的聚氧化丙烯三醇;所述聚醚多元醇D是二甘醇为起始剂、用氧化乙烯封端的聚氧化丙烯三醇。本发明的聚氨酯泡沫用组合料通过设计分子结构,同时辅助其他助剂,使得制备的聚氨酯泡沫在低温条件下,仍然有较好的回弹性能和合适的压缩强度等物性,用于座椅使得座椅在低温(‑15℃‑0℃)下仍然保持良好的舒适性。

According to the composite material for the polyurethane foam, the molecularstructure is designed, and other auxiliaries are added, so that the prepared polyurethane foam still has good resilience, proper compression strength and other physical properties under the low-temperature condition, and the composite material is used for a seat to enable the seat to still keep good comfort at the low temperature (-15 DEG C to 0 DEG C).
