The invention discloses an integrated jack and a pushing and jacking device. The jack includes an outer frame body and a jack body; the jack body includes a cylinder block, a piston rod and a piston;the outer frame body includes a cuboid frame; the cuboid frame sleeves the cylinder block; the cylinder block is fixedly connected to the cuboid frame by a connecting part; the outer frame body also includes a plurality of positioning and docking assemblies; the positioning and docking assemblies include vertically arranged slots and vertical insert rods adapted to the slots; the slots are formedin one-to-one correspondence to the vertical insert rods; the slots are fixedly formed in one of the horizontal arranging surfaces of the cuboid frame; the vertical insert rods are fixedly installed on the other horizontal arranging surface of the cuboid frame; and the vertical insert rods and the central axes of the slots are located on the same vertical straight line. The jack adopts the structure to conveniently realize the precise positioning and assembly of multiple jacks to form the pushing and jacking device, so as to increase the pushing force of the pushing and jacking device throughthe stacking of the jacks and improve the assembly efficiency of the device.
