The invention belongs to the technical field of ordnance, and particularly relates to an underwater remaining unexploded biochemical ammunition fishing device which comprises a box and a fishing ring,wherein the box comprises a bottom plate, side plates and a cover plate, the bottoms of the side plates are fixedly connected with the periphery of the bottom plate, the top of the box is covered with the cover plate, the cover plate is detachably connected with the side plates, and the fishing ring is arranged at the top of the cover plate; two symmetrical inclined planes are arranged on the inner side wall of the bottom plate, the two inclined planes form a structure with a V-shaped opening facing the cover plate, and the included angle between each inclined plane and the horizontal plane is 10-20 degrees; the side plates and the cover plate are made of foamed aluminum plates, lead plates and anti-collision foam plates in sequence, the anti-collision foam plates are located on the innerside wall of the box body, and the foamed aluminum plates are located on the outer side of the box body. By means of the device, a target can be ensured to safely and smoothly discharge water, pollutant leakage is avoided, and the safety in the fishing process is improved.
