The invention discloses a high-frequency transformer winding switching strategy applied to a bidirectional power supply module. Winding switching of a high-frequency transformer is realized by controlling a contactless switch, a primary side inverter circuit and a secondary side inverter circuit through a controller, a secondary side of the high-frequency transformer is provided with three taps, two taps are connected with contactless switches, the controller controls inverter circuits on the primary side and the secondary side and switching tubes of contactless switches through a driving circuit, adjusts the control quantity of the inverter circuits according to the winding switching proportion, and executes a four-step current conversion strategy at the same time, so the output of the high-frequency transformer is switched from a high voltage to a low voltage or from the low voltage to the high voltage. The high-frequency transformer winding switching strategy is advantaged in that flexible seamless switching between the double windings is realized, a peak voltage is eliminated, and bidirectional energy flow in a wide range of input and output voltage can be realized by controlling the inverter circuit.

    一种应用于双向电源模块的高频变压器绕组切换策略,通过控制器对无触点开关、初级侧逆变电路及次级侧逆变电路的控制实现高频变压器的绕组切换。高频变压器次级侧有三个抽头,其中两路抽头均接有无触点开关,控制器通过驱动电路分别控制初、次级侧的逆变电路和无触点开关的开关管,根据绕组切换比例调整逆变电路控制量,同时执行四步换流策略,实现高频变压器的输出由高压到低压或由低压到高压的切换。本发明实现了双绕组之间柔性无缝切换,消除尖峰电压,通过对逆变电路的控制可实现输入、输出电压宽范围下的能量双向流动。
