The invention discloses a composite material high-pressure box cover for a rail transit vehicle as well as a preparation method and mold of the composite material high-pressure box cover. The high-voltage box cover comprises a first glass fiber fabric/resin-based composite material layer, a second glass fiber fabric/resin-based composite material layer, a foam layer and a strong core felt, whereinthe foam layer is arranged between the first glass fiber fabric/resin-based composite material layer and the second glass fiber fabric/resin-based composite material layer; the foam layer is arrangedinside the high-voltage box cover; the strong core felt is arranged on the edge of the high-voltage box cover; the high-voltage box cover further comprises a metal piece and a bottom plate which arearranged in the first glass fiber fabric/resin-based composite material layer in advance; and one end of the metal piece is fixed to the bottom plate. The composite material high-pressure box cover ofthe invention is light in weight, integrally formed and stable in product size and meanwhile meets the requirement for bearing 300 kg of a traditional aluminum high-voltage box cover.

    本发明公开了用于轨道交通车辆的复合材料高压箱盖及其制备方法、模具,高压箱盖包括第一玻纤织物/树脂基复合材料层、第二玻纤织物/树脂基复合材料层和设置于第一玻纤织物/树脂基复合材料层、第二玻纤织物/树脂基复合材料层之间的泡沫层和强芯毡,所述泡沫层设于内部,所述强芯毡设于边沿,还包括预置于所述第一玻纤织物/树脂基复合材料层中的金属件及底板,所述金属件的一端与所述底板固定,本发明具有质量轻、整体成型以及产品尺寸稳定的特点,同时还具备传统铝质高压箱盖的承重300kg的要求。
