The invention discloses a rapid water adding and overflow leakage preventing device, and relates to the technical field of special automobile equipment manufacturing. The device comprises a water filling port assembly, an overflow pipe assembly, a water tank, an air valve assembly and a chassis air cylinder, wherein the water filling port assembly is connected with a water inlet of the water tankthrough a water outlet pipe; the air valve assembly comprises a first three-way valve, a control handle, a pressure gauge and a pressure-limiting valve. A first connector of the first three-way valveis connected with a first air outlet formed in the top of the water tank, a second connector of the first three-way valve is connected with the chassis air cylinder, a third connector of the first three-way valve is connected with the pressure gauge, the pressure-limiting valve is arranged on the second air pipe, and change of the position of a valve element in the first three-way valve is controlled by the control handle. The water tank is provided with a second air outlet below the first air outlet, and the second air outlet is connected with the overflow pipe assembly. The invention provides the rapid water-adding spill-proof device which is higher in water-adding speed and can prevent excessive water from entering the chassis air cylinder to cause water accumulation of the chassis aircylinder and finally damage the chassis after the water tank is filled with water.
本发明公开了一种快速加水防溢漏装置，涉及专用汽车设备制造技术领域。包括加水口总成、溢水管总成、水箱、气阀组件和底盘储气筒；加水口总成通过出水管与水箱的进水口连接，气阀组件包括第一三通阀、操纵手柄、压力表和限压阀，第一三通阀的第一接口与设在水箱顶部的第一出气口连接，第一三通阀的第二接口与底盘储气筒连接，第一三通阀的第三接口与压力表连接，限压阀设在第二气管上，第一三通阀内部阀芯位置的改变由操纵手柄控制；水箱于第一出气口下方设有第二出气口，第二出气口与溢水管总成连接。本发明提供了一种加水速度更快，并能在水箱加满水后，防止多余的水进入底盘储气筒，造成底盘储气筒积水最后损坏底盘的快速加水防溢漏装置。
