The invention relates to a bus dispatching system and method based on a vehicle-mounted terminal. The system comprises a vehicle-mounted terminal which is installed on a bus and is used for controlling opening or closing of an electric door lock of the bus and a door lock, and adopting bus data of the bus, a client communicated with the cloud and used for sending a vehicle use application requestto the cloud and sending a preliminary vehicle state, and the cloud communicated with the vehicle-mounted terminal and the client and used for determining vehicle information of vehicle delivery aftervehicle use is completed according to the unique identification number of the vehicle-mounted terminal, determining the vehicle state of the bus according to the vehicle data and the preliminary vehicle state, carrying out user identity verification according to the vehicle use application request, sending a vehicle-using instruction to the vehicle-mounted terminal after the verification is successful, and sending an authorization instruction to the client; and the client communicates with the vehicle-mounted terminal; and the client is in communication with the vehicle-mounted terminal and is also used for controlling the vehicle-mounted terminal according to the authorization instruction. Therefore, the bus management efficiency is improved, and potential safety hazards are reduced.
本发明涉及一种基于车载终端的公交车调度系统及方法。系统包括：车载终端，安装在公交车上，用于控制公交车的电门锁以及车门锁的启动或关闭，还用于采用公交车的车辆数据；客户端，与云端通信，用于向云端发送申请用车请求以及发送初步车辆状态；云端，分别与车载终端和客户端通信，用于根据车载终端的唯一识别编号确定用车完成后的交车的车辆信息；还用于根据车辆数据和初步车辆状态确定公交车的车辆状态；还用于根据申请用车请求进行用户身份验证，并当验证成功后发送用车指令至车载终端，发送授权指令至客户端；客户端与所述车载终端通信，客户端还用于根据授权指令控制所述车载终端。本发明提高公交车管理效率，降低安全隐患。
