本发明的课题是使作为基体树脂使用热塑性的苯氧树脂的纤维强化树脂材料与金属构件在不降低纤维强化树脂材料的性能的情况下接合,并且、能够抑制金属构件与纤维强化树脂材料之间电蚀发生。本发明的金属‑纤维强化树脂材料复合体具有金属构件、层叠在金属构件的至少一侧的表面上、并与金属构件复合化了的纤维强化树脂材料、以及介于金属构件和纤维强化树脂材料之间的粘接树脂层。纤维强化树脂材料具有基体树脂和存在于基体树脂中的强化纤维材料,在基体树脂的树脂成分100质量份中含有50质量份以上的苯氧树脂。粘接树脂层的树脂成分中的苯氧树脂的浓度低于基体树脂的树脂成分中的苯氧树脂的浓度。金属构件与纤维强化树脂材料之间的剪切强度为0.8MPa以上。

    To bond a metal member and a fiber-reinforced resin material, which uses a thermoplastic phenoxy resin as a matrix resin, with each other without decreasing the performance of the fiber-reinforced resin material; and to suppress the occurrence of electrolytic corrosion between the metal member and the fiber-reinforced resin material.[Solution]A metal-fiber reinforced resin material composite body according to the present invention is provided with: a metal member; a fiber-reinforced resin material which is superposed on at least one surface of the metal member so as to be complexed with the metal member; and a bonding resin layer which is interposed between the metal member and the fiber-reinforced resin material. The fiber-reinforced resin material comprises a matrix resin that contains 50 parts by mass or more of a phenoxy resin in 100 parts by mass of the resin component and a reinforcing fiber material that is contained in the matrix resin; the concentration of the phenoxy resin in the resin component of the bonding resin layer is lower than the concentration of the phenoxy resin in the resin component of the matrix resin; and the shear strength between the metal member and the fiber-reinforced resin material is 0.8 MPa or more.
