The invention discloses a pneumatic mechanism and an underwater glider. The pneumatic mechanism comprises an air cylinder, the air cylinder is connected with an air bag, and the air bag is connected with a pressure-resistant cabin. The pneumatic mechanism further comprises an upper sliding frame supporting plate and a lower sliding frame supporting plate which are oppositely arranged, the upper sliding frame supporting plate and the lower sliding frame supporting plate are connected through a plurality of supporting rods, a containing space is formed among the supporting rods in a surroundingmode, and the air bag and the pressure-resistant cabin are sequentially arranged in the containing space. The invention further provides an underwater glider which comprises the pneumatic mechanism, and the pneumatic mechanism is arranged in the shell. The purpose that the gravity center and the buoyancy are adjusted at the same time through one transmission mechanism is achieved, energy consumption is reduced to half of that of a common gliding mode, and the endurance mileage of the glider is greatly increased.
