Abstract

The invention discloses a middle movable frame of a double-layer steam collection transport automobile. The middle movable frame comprises a frame, and a bogie, a braking device and a coupler buffering device which are used for achieving railway operation, wherein a transport automobile frame is of a double-layer underframe structure, upper-layer underframes at two ends of an automobile body are of a detachable structure, upper-layer underframes in the middle of the automobile body are of a liftable structure, the longitudinal middle of a lower-layer underframe is of a concave bottom structurefor double-layer carrying, and the lower-layer underframe is matched with a lowered middle upper-layer underframe to form a single-layer automobile body of a flatcar structure. The middle movable frame is advantaged in that the middle upper-layer bottom frame is arranged in a liftable manner and is matched with the bottom frame structure, when the upper-layer underframe in the middle descends forsingle-layer transportation, a distance between the underframe supporting devices is far larger than the length of a container, the middle of an automobile body is similar to a common flatcar, the container transportation function is added, other cargoes can be assembled through the container, empty automobile back transportation is avoided, and an automobile utilization rate is increased.

本发明公开了一种双层汽集运输车的中部活动车架。包括下层底架和实现铁路运行的转向架、制动装置和车钩缓冲装置，运输车车架为双层底架结构，其中，车体两端上层底架为可拆卸结构，车体中部上层底架为可升降结构，下层底架纵向中部成凹底结构用于双层运载并与降下的中部上层底架匹配形成平车结构的单层车体用于汽车或集装箱整装运输。本发明的中部上层底架采用可升降布置并与底架结构匹配，可实现上层底架支撑装置的大跨距布置，中部上层底架降下单层运输时，底架支撑装置的间距远大于集装箱长度，使车体中部类似于普通平车，增加了集装箱运输功能，可通过集装箱配装其它货物，避免了空车回运，提高了车辆利用率。
