The invention discloses a commodity autonomous distribution method based on the Internet of Things technology, so as to realize autonomous delivery of commodities and reduce the cost of manual delivery. The method comprises the steps of sorting commodities on an order into a first turnover box according to order information; conveying first turnover boxes with the same target area into a same distribution vehicle through a distribution trolley, arranging a storage cabinet in the distribution vehicle, and storing the first turnover boxes in storage cells of the storage cabinet; and conveyingthe delivery trolley to a target area along with the first turnover boxes through the distribution trolley, and controlling the delivery trolley to carry out delivery work of the first turnover boxesbetween the distribution trolley and a self-picking cabinet according to a preset advancing route.
本发明公开了一种基于物联网技术的商品自主配送方法，以实现商品在自主投放，降低人工投放的成本。该方法包括：根据订单信息，将订单上的商品分拣至一第一周转盒内；通过投放小车将具有相同目的区域的第一周转盒运送至同一配送车内，所述配送车内具有存储柜，第一周转盒存放于所述存储柜的储物格内；通过配送车将投放小车随第一周转盒一起运送至目的区域，根据预设行进路线，控制投放小车在配送车和自提柜之间进行第一周转盒的投放工作。
