Abstract

The invention discloses a mounting device for adjusting a gap of a parking brake, the parking brake and a mining dump truck. The mounting device comprises a support, a mounting seat and special-shapedadjusting gaskets; the support is arranged on a traction electric motor; an upper caliper body and a lower caliper body of the parking brake are arranged on the top face and the bottom face of the mounting seat respectively; the mounting seat is arranged on the support; and the special-shaped adjusting gaskets are inserted between the upper caliper body and the mounting seat and between the lowercaliper body and the mounting seat to be used for adjusting the distance between the upper caliper body and the lower caliper body, so that a friction plate of the parking brake and a brake disc arein a specified working gap. According to the mounting device, the structure is simple, the weight is light, the mounting requirement of the parking brake of the electric transmission mining dump truckcan be met, mounting, gap adjusting, maintaining and inspecting and dismounting on the parking brake are convenient, and the situation that the parking brake is integrally dismounted due to gap adjustment is avoided.

本发明公开了一种调整驻车制动器间隙的安装装置、驻车制动器及矿用自卸车，其中，安装装置包括支架、安装座和异形调整垫片；所述支架安装在牵引电动机上；驻车制动器的上钳体和下钳体分别安装在所述安装座的顶面和底面；所述安装座安装在所述支架上；所述上钳体与安装座之间以及下钳体与安装座之间分别穿插有所述异形调整垫片，用以调整上钳体和下钳体之间距离，使驻车制动器摩擦片与制动盘在规定的工作间隙。本发明结构简单，重量轻，能够满足电传动矿业自卸车驻车制动器的安装要求，便于驻车制动器的安装，间隙调整，维护检查，拆卸方便，可避免因调整间隙而整体拆下驻车制动器。
