The invention relates to a sealing device for a hub bearing. The sealing device comprises an outer ring rigid framework, an inner ring rigid framework, a rubber layer and a PTFE piece. The outer ringrigid framework is fixedly connected with the rubber layer. One end of the rubber layer is fixedly connected with the PTFE piece. The PTFE piece abuts against and is in sliding fit with the inner ringrigid framework. Due to the structural form, the sealing effect is ensured, meanwhile the sealing performance failure caused by rubber contact abrasion in traditional sealing is avoided, and therefore sealing performance is improved; and meanwhile, energy consumption is reduced. The invention further relates to the rub bearing. The hub bearing comprises a bearing outer ring, a bearing inner ring,a ball and a holder. The sealing device for the hub bearing is adopted between the bearing inner ring and the bearing outer ring. The bearing outer ring rigid framework is fixedly embedded in the bearing outer ring. The bearing inner ring rigid framework is fixedly sleeved with the bearing inner ring. By arranging the sealing device for the hub bearing on the hub bearing, by means of the hub bearing, the sealing failure caused by rubber abrasion is avoided, and sealing performance is improved; and meanwhile, energy consumption is reduced.
本发明涉及一种轮毂轴承用密封装置，包括外圈刚性骨架、内圈刚性骨架、橡胶层及PTFE片，外圈刚性骨架固定连接橡胶层，橡胶层的端部固定连接PTFE片，PTFE片与内圈刚性骨架相抵接并滑动配合。这种结构形式，既保证了密封效果，同时避免了传统密封中因橡胶接触磨损导致的密封性能失效，从而改善了密封性能；同时降低了能耗。还涉及一种轮毂轴承，包括轴承外圈、轴承内圈、滚珠及保持架，轴承内圈与轴承外圈之间采用以上轮毂轴承用密封装置，轴承外圈刚性骨架固定嵌于轴承外圈，轴承内圈刚性骨架固定套于轴承内圈。通过将上述轮毂轴承用密封装置安装在轮毂轴承上，轮毂轴承避免了橡胶磨损造成的密封失效，改善了密封性能；同时降低了能耗。
