The invention belongs to the technical field of metallurgical continuous casting device, and particularly relates to a steel shifting machine with a lifting function and a method. The steel shifting machine comprises a vehicle body, a driving mechanism, a linkage mechanism and a lifting mechanism, wherein a left vehicle frame and a right vehicle frame are fixedly connected to the left side and theright side of the vehicle body correspondingly; the driving mechanism is fixedly connected to the side wall of one side of the vehicle body; the middle of the linkage mechanism is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the vehicle body, and one end of the linkage mechanism is connected with the driving mechanism; and the lifting mechanism and the driving mechanism are arranged on the two sidesof the vehicle body correspondingly, and the lifting mechanism is connected with the other end of the linkage mechanism. According to the steel shifting machine, an electric cylinder is adopted to replace a motor gear mechanism, a hydraulic cylinder or an air cylinder structure in the prior art, the weight of the equipment is reduced, the installation space is reduced, the production cost is reduced, and the later maintenance cost is also obviously reduced. A four-connecting-rod mechanism composed of the vehicle body, a support, a connecting rod and the electric cylinder drives a shifting rodat the other end of the connecting rod to move up and down under the action of the electric cylinder, the response time is remarkably shortened, and the performance is reliable.

    本发明属于冶金连铸设备技术领域,具体涉及一种带提升功能的拨钢机及方法。本发明包括车体且车体的左右两侧分别固定连接有左车架和右车架、固定连接在车体一侧的侧壁上的驱动机构、中部固定连接在车体的上表面且其一端与驱动机构连接的联动机构、与驱动机构分设在车体的两侧,且提升机构与联动机构的另一端连接的提升机构。本发明采用电动缸代替现有技术中的电机齿轮机构,液压缸或气缸结构,减轻设备重量,减少安装空间,且降低了生产成本,后期维护成本也明显降低。本发明的车体、支座、连杆和电动缸构成的四连杆机构在电动缸的作用下,带动连杆另一端的拨杆上下移动,显著降低了响应时间,且性能可靠。
