    本发明涉及一种航空机载设备模块用复合材料整体共固化机箱,现有航空机载设备模块用机箱一般采用钢或铝合金板件、型材铆接而成,主要有零件品种多、重量大、制造复杂、成本高等缺点,本发明提供航空用复合材料整体共固化机箱,采用复合材料整体共固化机箱的结构和制造工艺,克服板件、型材分别成型后再胶铆装配等缺点,整体采用碳纤维复合材料预浸料铺层、整体共固化成型的结构,由前框架、后框架、左框架、右框架、中间连接支架、上连接支架、前吊耳支架、前吊耳支座、后连接支座等组成,保证了产品质量、整体受力好、减少振动、提高了安装元件使用寿命,其质量比具有同样功能的铝合金结构的质量轻25%左右。
