The invention discloses a structure of an integral A-pillar upper inner plate. The structure comprises an A-pillar inner plate. An A-pillar inner plate upper end plate and an upper edge beam inner plate are integrally arranged at two ends of the A-pillar inner plate respectively; the A-pillar inner plate upper end plate and the upper edge beam inner plate are integrally arranged and connected; andan inner plate front panel part is integrally arranged on one side of the A-pillar inner plate, an inner plate mounting panel part is integrally arranged on one side of the A-pillar inner plate, fixing blocks are connected to a surface of the inner plate front panel part, reinforcing ribs are connected between the fixing blocks, and rubber layers sleeve the upper sides of the fixing blocks and the reinforcing ribs. An integral structure is adopted for improvement, mold opening cost is low, meanwhile, due to a fact that the inner plate is a whole, a production link is simplified, operation isconvenient, production difficulty and cost are reduced on the basis of the prior art, and meanwhile use quality of the A-pillar inner plate is enhanced through cooperation of the fixing blocks and thereinforcing ribs and the use of the rubber layers.
本发明公开了一种整体式A柱上内板的结构，包括有A柱内板，所述A柱内板的两端分别一体化设置有A柱内板上端板和上边梁内板，所述A柱内板上端板与上边梁内板一体化设置连接，所述A柱内板的一侧一体化设置有内板正面面板部，所述A柱内板的一侧一体化设置有内板安装面板部，所述内板正面面板部的表面上连接有固定块，所述固定块之间连接有强化筋，且所述固定块与强化筋的上侧套设有橡胶层。本发明采用整体式结构进行改进，开模费用较少，同时由于内板为一个整体，简化了生产环节，便于操作，在原有技术上降低了生产难度和成本，同时通过固定块和强化筋的配合，以及橡胶层的使用，强化了A柱内板的使用质量。
