In order to solve the technical problem that a large-size aircraft assembly cannot be subjected to a rapid pressure reduction test by using an existing scheme, the invention provides a rapid pressurereduction test device and method for the large-size aircraft assembly. A rapid pressure reduction box is connected with a rapid pressure reduction box air exhaust unit, and the rapid pressure reduction box air exhaust unit can be used for reducing pressure simultaneously in the rapid pressure reduction process so as to increase the pressure reduction rate. Therefore, the rapid pressure reduction box is not limited by the maximum volume value and can be manufactured to be large, and then rapid pressure reduction can be conducted on the large-size aircraft assembly.

为了解决大尺寸航空器组件无法利用现有方案进行快速减压试验的技术问题，本发明提供一种大尺寸航空器组件快速减压试验装置及方法。本发明中快速减压箱上连接有快速减压箱抽气单元，在快速减压过程中可以利用快速减压箱抽气单元同时降压，以加快降压速率。因此快速减压箱不用受限于容积最大值的限制，可以做的很大，进而可以进行大尺寸航空器组件快速减压。
