The negative pressure isolation device comprises a foldable negative pressure isolation cabin body, wherein cabindoors are arranged in the front surface and the back surface of the negative pressure isolation cabin body; each cabin door comprises a left cabin door, a right cabin door and an inner zipper; each left cabin door and the corresponding right cabin door are opened or closed through the corresponding inner zipper; standing posture hand sleeving openings and sitting posture hand sleeving openings arerespectively and symmetrically formed in each left cabin door and the corresponding right cabin door in a penetrating manner; a negative pressure generating device which communicates with the inner part of the negative pressure isolation cabin body is arranged on the side surface of the negative pressure isolation cabin body; a controller is arranged on the negative pressure isolation cabin body;a detecting unit is arranged in the negative pressure isolation cabin body, and is used for detecting whether a person is in the negative pressure isolation cabin body or not and transmitting the detecting result to the controller; and the controller is used for controlling the negative pressure generating device to produce negative pressure to pump and exchange the air in the negative pressure isolation cabin body after the detecting result that a person is in the negative pressure isolation cabin body is detected. According to the negative pressure isolation device disclosed by the invention, through the negative pressure isolation device, outside air carrying viruses can be effectively prevented from entering a naval vessel resting cabin.
