The invention provides a scenic spot tourism service robot. The scenic spot tourism service robot comprises a driving chassis and a luggage case fixing device arranged on the driving chassis. The luggage case fixing device comprises an upper bottom plate and a lower bottom plate which are oppositely arranged up and down, and the upper bottom plate and the lower bottom plate are connected through alifting mechanism so as to adjust the height between the upper bottom plate and the lower bottom plate. Fixed baffle mechanisms making contact with the side walls of the luggage case to fix the luggage case are arranged at the two ends of the bottom of the upper bottom plate.
