The invention discloses a road surface recognition and adaptive steering wheel torque compensation method based on rack force. The method comprises the steps of calibrating a reference curve, specifically, calibrating a reference rack force curve, calibrating a change factor of the rack force along with the vehicle speed, and calibrating a change factor of the rack force along with the steering speed of a steering wheel; then confirming that a triggering condition of rack force calculation is met and calculating the rack force; and achieving recognition of the low-adhesion-coefficient road surface for calculation of the vehicle speed, the steering wheel rotating angle, the rack force and the steering wheel rotating angle speed through input signals; and finally compensating the torque of the steering wheel in the mode of compensating the output torque of the motor when the judgment condition of the low-adhesion-coefficient road surface is met. According to the road surface recognitionand adaptive steering wheel torque compensation method based on the rack force, the problem that the hand force of the steering wheel is sharply reduced when a vehicle steers on a low-adhesion road surface can be solved, the operation that a driver turns too much or needs to repeatedly correct the steering wheel during steering is avoided, and the risk of traffic accidents is avoided.

    一种基于齿条力的路面识别及自适应方向盘力矩补偿方法,由以下步骤组成:基准曲线的标定‑包括标定基准齿条力曲线、标定齿条力随车速的变化因数和标定齿条力随方向盘转向速度的变化因数,然后确认满足齿条力计算的触发条件并计算齿条力,并通过输入信号为车速、方向盘转角、齿条力和方向盘转角速度运算获得低附着系数路面的识别,最后在满足低附着系数路面的判定条件下,系统以补偿电机输出扭矩的形式对方向盘力矩进行补偿。本发明的一种基于齿条力的路面识别及自适应方向盘力矩补偿方法可以解决车辆在低附着路面上转向时,方向盘手力急剧降低的问题,避免了驾驶员在转向时发生转向过多或需要反复修正方向盘的操作,避免了交通事故风险。
