The invention discloses a vehicle risk avoiding system and method based on vehicle-to-vehicle communication. The system includes a plurality of pavement cloud base stations and a cloud server, whereincommunication ranges of the adjacent road surface cloud base stations are intersected, the road surface cloud base stations receive vehicle driving data of a plurality of driving vehicles and send the vehicle driving data to the cloud server, and based on the road surface cloud base stations with the intersected communication ranges, vehicle driving data of the driving vehicles can be received and data sharing among the driving vehicles can be realized; the cloud server identifies whether each driving vehicle has a risk according to the received vehicle driving data, sends a warning instruction to the plurality of road surface cloud base stations when a target vehicle has the risk, and discovers the risk in time through data analysis of the cloud server; and the road surface cloud base station sends the received warning instruction to the driving vehicle which is in a preset distance range with the target vehicle so that early warning is performed on the risk in time, and the risk ofvehicle accidents is reduced.
本发明公开了一种基于车车通信的车辆避险系统及方法，该系统包括：多个路面云基站和云端服务器，相邻路面云基站的通信范围存在交集，路面云基站接收多个行驶车辆的车辆行驶数据，并将车辆行驶数据发送至云端服务器，基于通信范围存在交集的路面云基站，可接收各行驶车辆的车辆行驶数据，实现各行驶车辆之间的数据共享；云端服务器根据接收到的车辆行驶数据识别各行驶车辆是否具有风险，在存在目标车辆具有风险时，发送警示指令至多个路面云基站，通过云端服务器的数据分析及时发现风险；路面云基站将接收到的所述警示指令发送至与目标车辆处于预设距离范围内的行驶车辆，及时将风险进行预警，降低车辆事故发生风险。
