The invention discloses an automatic turnover supporting system for spacecraft transportation. The automatic turnover supporting system is arranged in a spacecraft transportation packaging box and comprises a base, an electric cylinder, a turnover frame, a joint bearing and the like, wherein the base for bearing a spacecraft and an adapter of the spacecraft is arranged on a vibration reduction frame, a rotating shaft is arranged on the base in an erected and supported mode to enable the turnover frame to rotate around the shaft, and the electric cylinder is connected with the turnover frame through the joint bearing and arranged on the base through the tail hinge U pair; and the turnover frame rotates around the base by 90 degrees to adjust a satellite from the horizontal transportation attitude to the vertical loading and unloading attitude, and otherwise, the satellite is adjusted from the vertical loading and unloading attitude to the horizontal transportation attitude.
