The invention discloses an electronic parking lock device and method based on image recognition. The device comprises an ultrasonic sensing module, an executing mechanism, an image recognition module,a data storage module, a controller and a power supply module; the ultrasonic sensing module is mounted at the front part of a parking space; the executing mechanism is mounted in the middle of the parking space; the image recognition module, the data storage module, the controller and the power supply module are packaged together and installed at the tail of the parking space. The ultrasonic sensing module detects vehicle entry and exit; the image recognition module collects image information of the vehicle; the data storage module stores license plate information with parking permission; and the executing mechanism locks and unlocks the parking space. The method comprises the steps that when the ultrasonic sensing module senses that a vehicle enters, whether the license plate number hasparking permission or not is recognized, a direct-current motor drives a lead screw to rotate, and unlocking operation is executed; and when it is sensed that the vehicle leaves, the direct-current motor drives the lead screw to rotate reversely, and locking operation is executed. According to the invention, the parking efficiency and the repeated utilization rate of parking space resources are improved.
本发明公开了一种基于图像识别的电子车位锁装置及方法。该装置包括超声波感应模块、执行机构、图像识别模块、数据存储模块、控制器和供电模块；超声波感应模块安装在车位前部；执行机构安装在车位中部；图像识别模块、数据存储模块、控制器和供电模块封装在一起，安装在车位尾部；超声波感应模块探测车辆进出；图像识别模块采集车辆的图像信息；数据存储模块存储具有停车权限的车牌信息；执行机构进行车位上锁和解锁。方法为：当超声波感应模块感应到车辆进入时，识别车牌号是否具有停放权限，直流电机带动丝杆转动，执行解锁操作；当感应到车辆离开时，直流电机带动丝杆反向转动，执行上锁操作。本发明提高了停车效率和车位资源的重复利用率。
