The invention relates to an auxiliary transport device for bridge construction precast beams, and effectively solves problems that an existing beam transport vehicle lacks a certain protection structure and lacks lateral support during uphill, downhill and steering. The device comprises a steering control system, wherein four corners of a middle platform are fixedly connected with four middle jacking cylinders which are opposite pairwise, one end of each of the two opposite middle jacking cylinders is fixedly connected with a front base which is connected with the middle platform in a slidingmanner, an adjusting cylinder and a front supporting cylinder are rotationally connected with each of the two front bases, the other end of the front supporting cylinder is rotationally connected withthe adjacent adjusting cylinder, the middle platform is fixedly connected with a middle oil pump which is communicated with the two adjusting cylinders and the two front supporting cylinders at the same time, the middle oil pump is further communicated with a middle lifting cylinder fixedly connected with the middle platform, and electromagnetic valves are arranged on pipelines where the middle oil pump is communicated with the adjusting cylinders, the front supporting cylinders and the middle lifting cylinder. The device is advantaged in that the structure is simple, stability of the precastbeam in the transportation process can be effectively improved, and practicability is high.

    本发明涉及桥梁施工预制梁辅助运输装置,有效的解决了现有运梁车在上下坡和转向时缺乏一定的保护结构,缺乏侧向支撑的问题;其解决的技术方案是包括转向控制系统,中间平台的四角固定连接有四个两两相对的中间顶进缸,两个相对的中间顶进缸一端均固定连接有滑动连接在中间平台上的前基座,两个前基座上均转动连接有调节缸和前支撑缸,前支撑缸另一端和相邻的调节缸转动连接,中间平台上固定连接有同时和两个调节缸、两个前支撑缸均连通的中间油泵,中间油泵还和固定连接在中间平台上的中间举升缸连通,中间油泵和调节缸、前支撑缸和中间举升缸连通的管道上均设置有电磁阀;本发明结构简洁,可有效的提高预制梁运输过程中的稳定性,实用性强。
