The invention belongs to the technical field of an automobile and particularly relates to an adjustable transverse stabilizer bar with bidirectional rigidity. The stabilizer bar comprises a T-shaped rod, an adjusting gasket, a stabilizer bar fixing support, a deflection support, a push/pull rod, a spring, a spring fixing support, a triangular arm, a triangular arm fixing support, a suspension rodand a virtual tire. On the basis that an original stabilizer bar can only provide the anti-roll characteristic, pitching rigidity of a racing car in the acceleration and deceleration process is increased, and pitching rigidity and roll rigidity can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing gaskets on rectangular vertical bars and adjusting circular cross bar support sleeves to stretch and retract. The stabilizer bar is advantaged in that on the basis of the characteristics of the stabilizer bar, functions of a third spring are considered, a suspension structure is partially simplified, that proper roll pitching characteristics are provided under different driving working conditions is guaranteed, the wheel attachment condition is improved, the racing car has better turning and accelerating performance, and control stability of the car is improved.
