The invention discloses an intelligent surface automobile interior trim touch panel CSP LED light source processing technology which comprises: a flexible circuit board module which is composed of anLED chip, a touch IC, an electronic material and a flexible circuit board, wherein the inverted LED chip, the touch IC and the electronic material are welded on the surface of the flexible circuit board; intramode injection molding plastic; and an LED protective film material; according to the invention, the five-surface light-emitting characteristic of the inverted LED chip is utilized; white solder resist ink on the flexible circuit board is matched; the light emitted by the LED point light source is reflected by the base material surface; high-light diffusivity powder is added into the LEDprotective film material and the intramode injection molding plastic; the plastic has the characteristics of high light transmittance, high haze and the like, a point light source of an LED is effectively converted into a uniform surface light source, a uniform light emitting effect can be achieved within the depth of an automobile interior trim part within 3mm through material design and model selection, and there is no need to additionally assemble a light emitting module and a light diffusion plate.

    本发明公开了智能表面汽车内饰触控面板CSP LED光源处理技术,包括:软性线路板模组,所述软性线路板模组由LED芯片、触控IC、电子料和软性线路板所构成,且倒装LED芯片、触控IC和电子料均焊接于软性线路板表面;模内注塑塑料;LED保护膜材;本发明利用倒装LED芯片之五面发光特性,搭配软性线路板上之白色阻焊油墨,对LED点光源所发射之光进行基材面的反射,并对LED保护膜材及模内注塑塑料中进行高光扩散性粉体之添加,使该塑料具有高透光性及高雾度等特性,有效将LED之点光源转换为均匀之面光源,透过材料设计及选型,可在3mm以内之汽车内饰件深度内即可达到均匀发光之效果,无须另外进行组装发光模组及光扩散板之选用。
