The invention relates to a metallurgical industry underground water monitoring well efficient auxiliary well building system and and a well building method. The system comprises a straightening deviceof an underground water collector, a well building filler device and a lifting device. The upper end of the straightening device is connected with a lifting line winding disc (10) of the lifting device through a lifting line (5). The well building filler device comprises a filler funnel tray (6) and a filler filter screen (7). The lifting device comprises the lifting line (5) connected with the straightening device, a lifting device lifting ring (9) for guiding and delivering an underground water sampling pipe (2) connected with the underground water collector, the lifting line winding disc (10) with a ratchet wheel and pawl mechanism and a lifting device main support (11). The system has the beneficial effects of being small in size, convenient to carry, easy to operate and capable of efficiently assisting in building of an underground water monitoring well; and the well building method is suitable for high-quality building of the metallurgical industry deep-layer (36 m or above) underground water monitoring well and provides a reliable guarantee for precisely monitoring and repairing needed data of metallurgical industry polluted underground water.
