The invention provides an ultra-long-range surface tension propellant management device. The ultra-long-range surface tension propellant management device comprises a gas trap (1), four liquid passages (2) connected with the gas trap (1), four middle passages (3) sequentially connected with the four liquid passages (2), four gas passages (4) connected with the middle passages (3), and a final centralized ground gas end (5) of the four gas passages (4). The ultra-long-range surface tension propellant management device is the largest domestic full-management surface tension propellant managementdevice and can meet the task requirement that when a storage tank works in an on-orbit whole-process multi-directional task, gas is not clamped, and liquid phase propellant is supplied. Due to the improvement of the gas flow structure and the liquid flow structure, the dynamic performance of the net channel is improved; meanwhile, due to the effective simplification of the hollow structure, the whole management device achieves the function of meeting the task requirement, the number of sensitive elements is reduced, and the structural reliability is improved.

    本发明提供了一种超长程表面张力推进剂管理装置,包括:气阱(1),与气阱(1)相连的4根液通(2),顺次与4根液通(2)相连的4根中通(3),与中通(3)相连的4根气通(4),4根气通(4)最终集中地气端(5)。本发明的超长程表面张力推进剂管理装置,为国内最大的全管理表面张力推进剂管理装置,可满足贮箱在轨全程多向任务工作时不夹气供应液相推进剂的任务需求。由于气通和液通结构的改进,提高了有网通道的动力学性能;同时因为中通结构的有效简化,使得整个管理装置达到既满足任务需要的功能,又减少敏感元件数量,提高结构可靠性。
