The invention relates to a noctilucent antiskid life buoy. The life buoy is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-110 parts of low density polyethylene, 20-40 parts of an EVA resin, 20-25 parts of light calcium carbonate, 20-25 parts of a foaming agent, 2-4 parts of a cross-linking agent, 2-6 parts of zinc oxide, 2-3 parts of zinc stearate, 0.2-0.4 part of an antioxidant, 2-2.5 parts of a foam stabilizer, 0.3-0.6 part of an ultraviolet light absorber, 0.3-0.8 part of a cross-linking catalyst, 0.2-1 part of an anti-aging agent and a proper amount of a noctilucent coating material. The noctilucent antiskid life buoy has the advantages that in the ingredients for manufacturing the life buoy, the noctilucent coating material can emit light at night and is convenientto search, and the adhesiveness is good after ultraviolet curing; rigid plastic foam is easy to float, and the air leakage phenomenon does not exist; due to the characteristics of aging resistance, oxidation resistance and wear resistance of the anti-aging agent and the antioxidant, the service life is prolonged; and the frosted treatment enables the life buoy to have antiskid function.
