The invention discloses a safety vest with an EVA foaming inner core. The vest comprises a vest coat and an inner core, and the inner core is clamped in an interlayer of the outer sleeve; the inner core is made of a foam material which is formed by foaming EVA with the density of 0.07 g/cm; the inner core of the foaming material is basically composed of 82%-83% of a vinyl acetate copolymer, 11%-13% of a calcium carbonate filler, 2.3%-4.3% of an azodicarbonamide foaming agent, 0.6%-1% of a foaming aid, 0.5%-0.7% of a cross-linking agent and 0.6%-1% of a stearic acid lubricant. The safety vest has the advantages that the EVA foam with the density of 0.07 g/cm3 is adopted, so that the safety vest can be used as a life jacket and can resist high-strength external force impact; and due to the fact that the inner core has a good floating effect, the manufactured safety vest can be used as a life jacket in emergency, and can be used for various overwater operation requirements with high requirements for fitness performance.
本发明公开了一种带有EVA发泡内芯的安全背心，包括有背心外套和内芯，所述内芯为夹置于外套的夹层中，所述内芯采用密度为0.07g/cm的EVA发泡而成的泡沫材料，该发泡材料内芯的配方基本组成为：醋酸乙烯共聚物为82～83％，碳酸钙填充剂11～13％，偶氮二甲酰胺发泡剂为2.3～4.3％，发泡助剂为0.6～1％，交联剂为0.5～0.7％，硬脂酸润滑剂0.6～1％；本发明的优点在于采用密度为0.07g/cm3的EVA泡沫，实现了既能作救生衣又抵抗高强度外力冲击的安全背心；因该内芯具有良好浮水作用，所以制成的安全背心在紧急情况下能充当救生衣之用，可用于各种对适体性能要求较高的水上作业需求。
