The invention discloses a life jacket with a waterproof heat preservation foaming inner core and a preparation method of the inner core of the life jacket. The life jacket comprises an outer sleeve and an inner core playing a role of a floater, wherein the inner core is arranged in an interlayer of the outer sleeve and is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 300-500 parts ofpolyethylene rice, 5-10 parts of zinc oxide, 10-50 parts of a foaming agent, 1-5 parts of tribasic lead sulfate, 2-5 parts of a cross-linking agent, 20-30 parts of carbon black, 10-20 parts of stearicacid and 300-400 parts of calcium powder. The life jacket has the advantages that after the inner core is immersed in water for 24 hours, the buoyancy loss does not exceed 5%, and a good buoyancy state can be stably kept in water.
本发明公开了一种带有防水保温发泡内芯的救生衣及其内芯的制备方法，包括有外套和起浮子作用的内芯，所述内芯置于外套的夹层中，该内芯由下述成分按重量份配比制成：聚乙烯米料300～500、氧化锌5～10、发泡剂10～50、三盐基性硫酸铅1～5、交联剂2～5、炭黑20～30、硬脂酸10～20、钙粉300～400。本发明的优点在于本内芯在水中浸24小时后，其浮力损失不超过5％，在水中能稳定地保持良好的浮力状态。
