The invention provides a composite bumper and a preparation method thereof. The composite bumper comprises a bumper base body and a polyurethane composite film used for wrapping the bumper base body.The polyurethane composite film is composed of thermoplastic polyurethane, a stabilizer and a flame retardant. The preparation method of the composite bumper comprises the steps: firstly, a bumper base body is subjected to polyurethane resin solution infiltration pretreatment, then, the polyurethane composite film is prepared, finally, the pretreated bumper base body is coated with the polyurethane composite film, and the composite bumper is prepared through hot pressing treatment. The composite bumper prepared by the invention has excellent impact resistance, mechanical property, heat resistance, ultraviolet resistance and flame retardance. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple to operate, low in cost and easy for large-scale popularization and application.
本发明提供了一种复合保险杠及其制备方法。所述复合保险杠包括保险杠基体和用于包覆所述保险杠基体的聚氨酯复合膜；所述聚氨酯复合膜由热塑性聚氨酯、稳定剂、阻燃剂组成。所述复合保险杠的制备方法为先将保险杠基体进行聚氨酯树脂溶液浸润预处理，然后制备聚氨酯复合膜，最后将所述聚氨酯复合膜包覆在经过预处理的所述保险杠基体上，热压处理制备得到复合保险杠。本发明制备的复合保险杠具备优异的抗冲击性能、力学性能，以及耐热耐紫外线和优异的阻燃性能。本发明所述的制备方法操作简单、成本低廉、易于大规模推广和应用。
