The invention discloses a bucket end rotation detecting device of an insulated aerial bucket truck and a control system. The bucket end rotation detecting device of the insulated aerial bucket truck comprises a main insulated arm, a leveling support seat, a crank arm structure, a rotating bracket and a work bucket. The lower part of the leveling support seat is longitudinally hinged to the main insulated arm. The upper part of the leveling support seat is rotationally connected to the crank arm structure. The rotating bracket is fixed to the work bucket and is transversely and rotationally connected to the crank arm structure. A controller is installed on the work hopper. An optical fiber amplifier is arranged on the rotating bracket. The main insulated arm is provided with a main insulated arm angle detection strip. A laser probe is installed on the side of the leveling support seat. The crank arm rotation detection strip is fixed to the leveling support. Two laser probes are installed on the crank arm rotation seat. The bracket rotation detection block is fixed to the bracket rotating seat. The rotating bracket is provided with two proximity switches. The bucket end rotation detecting device of the insulated aerial bucket truck achieves crank arm rotation angle detection and work bucket rotation angle detection, in combination with control logic preset in the controller, thebucket end rotation detecting device limits the limitation positions of crank arm rotation and work hopper rotation in different states, and self-collision of the insulated aerial bucket truck is avoided.
本发明公开了一种绝缘斗臂车斗端回转检测装置及控制系统，包括主绝缘臂、调平支座、曲臂结构、回转托架、工作斗，调平支座下部纵向铰接于主绝缘臂，上部横向转动连接于曲臂结构，回转托架固定于工作斗且横向转动连接于曲臂结构；工作斗上安装有控制器，回转托架上设有光纤放大器，主绝缘臂设有主绝缘臂角度检测条，调平支座侧部安装激光探头，曲臂回转检测条固定于调平支座上，曲臂回转座上安装有两个激光探头，托架回转检测块固定于托架回转座上，回转托架上具有两组接近开关。本发明实现曲臂回转角度检测和工作斗回转角度检测，结合控制器预置的控制逻辑，限制不同状态下的曲臂回转和工作斗回转的极限位置，避免斗臂车自身发生碰撞。
