本发明提供一种至少以填充材料、分散溶剂及橡胶胶乳溶液为原料而得到的轮胎构件的制造方法。其具有下述工序：混合填充材料、分散溶剂及橡胶胶乳溶液，从而制造含填充材料的橡胶胶乳溶液的工序(i)；凝固含填充材料的橡胶胶乳溶液，从而制造含填充材料的橡胶凝固物的工序(ii)；以及通过对含填充材料的橡胶凝固物进行脱水，由此制造轮胎构件的工序(iii)。工序(iii)为向含填充材料的橡胶凝固物中添加下述式(I)中记载的化合物、并使式(I)中记载的化合物分散于含有水分的含填充材料的橡胶凝固物中，同时对含填充材料的橡胶凝固物进行脱水的工序。[化学式1]
