By utilizing the device, the Beidou monitoring system is mounted on a large buoy, the Beidou monitoring system is fixed as a whole in the interior, and any shake is avoided; and a simple mounting structure is adopted on the outer part, the Beidou monitoring system is fixed on a large marine monitoring buoy mounting rod, and the application prospects are excellent.
