The invention discloses a hydraulic speed regulation valve, a hydraulic winch system and a crane hydraulic system, and relates to the technical field of engineering machines. The problem that in the process of hoisting a heavy object by an existing winch system, the speed controllability is poor is solved. A valve rod of a reversing valve in the hydraulic speed regulation valve is driven by a handle, and when the handle is located at the position of a small opening, the first oil inlet end is connected with the reversing valve through a pressure compensation valve and is connected with the first oil passing end or the second oil passing end through an oil inlet regulator orifice of the valve rod of the reversing valve; the first oil inlet end is further connected with the second oil inlet end in parallel and is communicated with an oil returning end through a bypass oil returning regulator orifice through the valve rod of the reversing valve; and when the handle is located at the position of a large opening, the first oil inlet end is connected with the second oil inlet end through the pressure compensation valve in parallel and is connected with the first oil passing end or the second oil passing end through the oil inlet regulator orifice. The hydraulic winch system included in the crane hydraulic system comprises the hydraulic speed regulation valve. According to the hydraulic speed regulation valve, the hydraulic winch system and the crane hydraulic system, the speed controllability of the hoisting work of the hydraulic winch system can be improved.
