The invention provides an exhaust system and a car with the same. The exhaust system comprises an exhaust tail pipe (10) and a detection exhaust pipe (20), wherein the exhaust tail pipe (10) is provided with an exhaust port (121) and located in the middle of the car, one end of the detection exhaust pipe (20) is connected to the exhaust tail pipe (10) so that the detection exhaust pipe (20) can be communicated with the exhaust tail pipe (10), and the other end of the detection exhaust pipe (20) extends towards the rear of the car and forms a detection exhaust port (221). By means of the technical scheme, the problem that tail gas detection is difficult because a tail gas exhaust system in the prior art is arranged in the middle portion of the whole car is effectively solved.
